By now you have all heard the latest Social Media faux pa committed by @KitchenAidUSA on Wednesday night. You haven't heard...oh well, that's my point.
How many people follow @KitchenAidUSA on Twitter? Well, as of today, 26K give or take some. I guess you think that is a lot, but for a company that is national brand and a "household" name, I would say it isn't. Also, most people who follow them I would guess, have had service issues and are trying to get response from their customer service. And even if they do follow them, they really post nothing interesting, unless you like reading the words, "we're sorry".
I'm not saying what the Tweeted was right, what I am saying is, who cares? Do you?
